Women: This app can also be used to track your own monthly cycles as well, along with your friends. The "PMS Buddy" will let you know where you can get things such as supplements and tea which will help ease your symptoms. Or you can give this app to your man so he can know when and where to buy you chocolates.
Customizability - Change interval, PMS, period length. In premium you can set a wallpaper and alarm for each woman There is also a discreet mode to change all notifications to the default text sound.
